Blackberry Sorbet brings blackberry, blueberry, boysenberry ice cream and elderflower notes to a blend developed with milk coffee in mind. Its dessert-like fruit character also makes it an expressive choice for filter brewing.
The blend combines 45% blackberry and wine yeast Castillo from Santa Monica, Colombia, with 35% washed coffee from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras and 20% Colombia Aponte Honey.
