Huila offers sweet cherry and citrus notes when served black, while milk brings golden caramel flavours and a fuller impression of body. It is a washed Colombian coffee with sweetness at the centre of the cup.
The coffee comes through the Huila Reserve programme, established by Cofinet in 2016. The programme grades coffees from its producer community to support quality improvements and access to higher prices.
